Online Well Completion Reports

Please be advised that beginning on 09/01/2022, the Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) will require that all Well Completion Reports are submitted online. To submit these reports electronically, log into your E-License account at www.elicense.ct.gov and follow the instructions for using the online system at https://portal.ct.gov/DCP/Occupational-and-Professional-Division/Occupational--Profess/Well-Drilling-Completion-Reporting
